Holding Deposit:

A holding deposit of one week of the monthly rent will be requested upon signing holding deposit form in order to reserve/ secure property. Once the funds are received the property will be withdrawn from the market and all outstanding viewings will be cancelled. This amount will be deducted from the check-in balance which you need to clear off prior to your move into the property.

Please note The holding deposit is non-refundable:

*If the customer change his/her mind and decide to pull out of the process on its own will – STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE

*If the customer give wrong/ false information/ references in order to secure the property (customer will be automatically rejected by the management and the holding deposit will be withheld).

The holding deposit is refundable in Full if the customer is rejected by the Management/ Landlord for any reason.

No charge will apply for any transfer from one to another property/premises within Zetek Property portfolio

No charge will apply for any agreement renewal.

All payments can be done via bank transfer directly into our bank account.

REFERENCES REQUIRED:

Applicants will be required to provide the following referencing documents for Zetek Property/landlord’s approval:

– Original passport/ID/ visa (if needed) in order to take a copy

– Employment confirmation (salary should be approx 2.5 times their share of rent to pass referencing)

– Previous landlord’s reference

– Students need to provide: confirmation of their student status, a guarantor letter

– The last three months bank statements

– The last three months payslips
